Policies
CANCELLATION: To ensure the highest level of service and availability for all guests, I kindly require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled service time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved services. Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
SERVICE GUARANTEE:Your satisfaction is incredibly important to me, and I take great pride in the quality of my work and the experience I provide for every guest.
If you have any concerns regarding your service, please notify me within 72 hours of your appointment. I am more than happy to make reasonable adjustments to your hair at no additional charge to ensure you leave feeling confident and satisfied with your results.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS: While every effort is made to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience, I am not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during your appointment.
